Ive known Julius since middle school, however we only became close last year. Me and Julius are very similar. We both have a weird sense of humor and love making people laugh. In history we would taunt eachother and goof around to make people smile. Ive been told by many people that they loved that class because of our interactions. Eventually our "bullying" subsided and be bacame friends. I remeber the first time I truly saw him as a friend was after he gave me half of his sandwhich in class because i hadn't eaten all day. I didnt even have to ask and he gave it to me. This is just the kind of person he was. Later in the year we began to talk outside of school. I gave him advice on girls and life and we would have deep conversations over text. I still look back on them today and smile. When school ended I was htrowing my birthday party and ivited him as kind of a joke. I didnt think he would actually want to come. His little sisters eventually told me that he begged his parents to let him come to my party. Most people couldn't make it to my birthday but he showed up. He showed up with a positive, bright attitude that made the day better for me. On top of that he got me a card and put a few crumpled 5's inside. Words cannot describe how happy I was. He freestyled for like 10 minutes haha. After the party I thjanked him for coming and he simply said "you are my friend, of course I came". His card is on my nightstand and will always stay there. He was such a kind and sensitive person who knew how to brighten your day or simply be a friend in any time of need. I miss him more than words but even more then that I am greatful to have been in his life and to have expirenced his warmth❤️
