I was his nanny in Green Bay. We had an undeniable bond. I was there for some of his biggest moments as a little toddler and I feel so grateful Brooke and Brady let me be a part of his life. He was my little best friend . It never felt like a job . I will never forget his little face waiting for me as I walked In the door. He made me feel so special. I can still hear his little voice calling me “bit” and can still see that smile as he ran out the door. He had the absolute best imagination and had more energy than anyone I had ever known. A little energizer bunny.
When I think of Julius so many memories pop up in my mind . He made me laugh so hard. He was one of a kind.
Superhero, firefighter , knight, buzz light year , tin man , pirate, l never knew what the outfit of the day was going to be but I knew I better be ready for him to bring that costume to life and I better be ready to match that energy.
He made my job easy because he was always so happy. He was so easily entertained, it didn’t take much he always thought of a way to have fun.
He was what you call the life of the party. He loved to celebrate, whether
it was Halloween, a birthday party or a Green Bay win. He was the first to start the celebration dance party. We had the best dance parties.
He loved surprises. I surprised him on his 10th bday in California and I’ll never forgot his face when he saw me pop out of a closet with a big bow Brooke put on my head. He had not seen me for a couple years but he was still the exact same sweet, kind, and hilarious boy. And still insisted on calling me "bit" it was pretty funny.
He loved going to the games and cheering on his dad and he loved going with me to the college basketball games to cheer on the Phoenix. He was my little sidekick ,my partner in crime.
Julius Maximus , thank you for letting me be a part of your life. No matter how many years we had been apart it never felt like we skipped a beat. Thank you for your kind heart and for always making me feel like family. I will love you forever.
